  1. Compaginar en todo momento los estudios y el basquet.
  2. Todos participan en la gestión de la Escuela. La Escuela es de todos.
  3. Para alcanzar objetivos importantes hace falta ilusión, trabajo y sacrificio.
  4. Trabajar siempre con el mejor ritmo posible.
  5. Desarrollar el concepto de EQUIPO por encima de todo.
  6. Trabajar el basquet en forma de conceptos y dominarlos.
  7. La DEFENSA es la clave del éxito de un equipo. Entonces, el ATAQUE es sencillo.
  8. Ganar partidos no ha de ser nunca el objetivo, sino la consecuencia lógica de un trabajo bien realizado.
  9. Lo importante no es sólo participar. Lo importante es participar, jugar y luchar siempre por la victoria final.
  10. La persona tiene que estar siempre por encima del jugador. No nos complace la idea de tener grandes jugadores, que no sean mejores personas.
  11. Estamos en la Escuela para sentirnos contentos, eliminando todas las situaciones estresantes que aquejan a la niñez y juventud, como problemas en el hogar, en los estudios, etc..
